Representatives of the project are from approximately 140 Citizen Community Boards (CCBs) and other stakeholder organizations in seven districts of Pakistan. Additionally, representatives from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), elected local government officials and officials from line departments will be included from each district. Civil Society Resource Centre (CSRC) aims to train 350 representatives (280 women and 70 men) from these organizations via a series of training courses. Trainings will be accompanied by hands-on technical assistance (management coaching and trouble shooting) to ensure a rapid and sustainable translation of the training to practical application.
